The First Corporate Program for “Ukrtransgas”, Ukraine’s Largest Gas Transporter Is Successfully Finished

On December 24, the first corporate program for Ukrtransgas middle management was successfully finished. 26 senior engineers from all Ukraine’s regions were awarded with their certificates. The Program was designed and implemented taking into account the industry specific nature.

Mr. O. Mykhalevych, Deputy Senior Principal Engineer for “Ukrtransgas” mentioned that the design of the program enabled the participants to master all necessary skills in the shortest possible time. He especially mentioned that “Management Game” simulation which integrated the acquired knowledge and enhanced soft skills, namely team work and presentation skills of the participants. “We believe that gas transportation system operation is ensured due to the new workmanship,” said Mr. Mykhalevych.

Mr. A. Garun, Head of Severodonetsk “Donbastransgas” branch, noted that despite the extreme intensiveness of the program they got more than just knowledge. “We’ve got a great impact for or personal and professional development. We discovered the whole new philosophy of business which enables us for better performance and daring achievements,” said Mr. Garun.
