Global Management Game is a business simulation, a constituent of “Strategic Management” and “International Business” courses. It is administrated from the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University (the USA). The simulation is a good vehicle for incorporation of the of managerial competences acquired in the course of studies.

Mr. David Lamont, Associate Teaching Professor at Tepper School of Business and Director of the Center for Interactive Computer Simulations said that all top 5 teams are leaders because it is quite a set of criteria that companies are measured against rather than one or two.

The teams are measured by their financial results (30-40% of the overall assessment), by Board of Directors’ judgments on a participating team strategic plan (30% of the overall assessment), marketing plan (10% of the assessment), individual performance (10%) and 10% of the final assessment falls into teams members’ assessment of their peers.

The awarding ceremony for Global Management Game winners will take place in Kyiv on November 28.
