Carnegie Mellon University and MIM-Kyiv Sign the Memorandum of Collaboration

Dr. Iryna Tykhomyrova, MIM-Kyiv President and Dr. Susan L. Burkett, Associate Vice-President of Carnegie Mellon University (USA) signed an official Memorandum of further collaboration in the area international study trips, development of academic programs and courses as well as joint research.

MIM-Kyiv started its collaboration with the CMU back in 1994. First it was in the field of development and implementation of computer business simulations, lecturers’ exchange and transplantation of the Western standard training courses into Ukrainian business education programs. The Memorandum was signed to indicate the intention of both parties to continue effective collaboration and to expand the the joint activities.

MIM-Kyiv’s representatives are going to visit Carnegie Mellon University soon. During the scheduled meetings with experts and top managers of the university they will discuss further study trips programs, improvement of business simulations, and collaboration within the framework of joint training courses as well as lecturers’ exchange.
