An article named “Civil and Commercial Codes of Ukraine: What Shall we Do?” by the Associate Professor of Business Administration Department of the International Management Institute, Ph.D. in Law, Mr. Volodymyr Pospolitak was included in the conference materials and recommendations regarding Application of the Civil and Commercial Codes of Ukraine.

Among the participants of the conference that took place in Yalta, there were the representatives of the Supreme Court of Ukraine and the Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine.

One copy of the materials was presented to the MIM-Kyiv’s Library.
